| The Math Section on the Gmat consists of 37 questions.The time allotted to complete the math section is 75 minutes.When you receive your Gmat score card the math section score is scaled from 0-60.
The questions in the math section can be broadly classified into one of the following types
In 'problem solving' your fundamental knowledge of arithmetic,algebra and geometry and the application of this knowledge to solve the problems is tested.
The math section will have on an average 18-19 questions of Data sufficiency type.In data sufficiency type of problem you will be given a question and asked to find out what additional information will help answer that question.
